i think they all are, i have 1 tunnel and 3 bowls in there is this too much? they are all downsatirs so are there water bottles

 

The area they were bedded in , is it totally enclosed apart from a hole for access & are they going to the loo at the lower level as well

Might be to warm where you got the sleeping box .Dont worry about them being cold its heat they dont like

i found that if the entrance to the box is small i use a 3" hole they prefer it

Let Them do what they want . where ever they find comfy they will sleep.

my old hob used to do it.

I Think Straw is the best ..

it keeps them warm and they can make tubes out of it.

i use shread paper aswell , but it makes a hell of a mess in the cage and on the floor.

in stick a old jumper in the bedding in the winter
