artic 595
REASONABLE FORCE DOES NOT MEAN TO TAKE SOMEONES LIFE. I THINK YOU SHOULD BE REASONABLE YOURSELF AND BLOCK UP THE AREA IN WHICH THIS DOG CAME IN FROM TO STOP THIS FROM HAPPENING AGAIN, OR YOUR DOG TO ESCAPE AND CAUSE HARM TO HIMSELF OR OTHERS! SHOOTING THE HUSKEY WILL GET YOU INFRONT OF A MAGISTRATE. THEN YOU WILL HAVE SOME EXPLAINING TO DO. Quote Link to post
Simoman 110
Try explaining to the owner, then police about shooting a dog in your garden, my guess is the firearms officer would take away your dads licence for discharging the weapon in an built up area (gun safety????). There are better ways to seperate two dogs than a 12 bore, there is also the possibilty of injuring your own dog. Shut your gate and have a word with the owner of the husky???? Quote Link to post
