Guest bigredbusa Posted March 22, 2008 Report Share Posted March 22, 2008 7.15am i get a text from mas 'snow and pain do you still want to go ?' reply 'yeah we can give it a couple of hours' as i need the ferret grub so off we go , get at mas's permission at 8am as mine is all under water due to floods , now it had been snowing quite badly but has eased off and had turned to rain so what could go wrong ? two young out of the first one which gave us the runaround but we got them in the end , move on to the second bury and we get two adults (one in kit) and one beaten up buck and two more young which once again was running through nets but eventualy got snagged, now we would of got 3 adults but numb nuts here tried get an action shot with his new camera and it slipped the net of which i got a reply of 'wankker' so the camera got put away by this time it was blowing a bit of a gale and the snow was moving in. a very pissed off mas after i was fecking around with my camera which resulted in a lost bunny we move on to the third which was a three holes but quite deep , 4 young un's run thru the net and if he could of pulled it off would of been a cracking rugby tackle but the little un was just to quick for the old un so we double up the nets and manage to get one out of the bury we move on to the final bury and after a long wait manage to get to get two more adults but by this time we had driving snow and things were not looking good no way was i getting my camera out again so couldnt get a pic of the shite weather so took a this in the garden 4 adults and 5 young i get to to a very pee'd off wife as my mobile had been calling the last person i had phoned on my mobile which just so happened to be her at 8.03 am . ooops so much for her lie in thanks for this morning mas and i promise we will pick a better day next time oh i forgot to add .
