cheers for all the info on this one, we bred a real good bitch with it at the time there were not many good dogs at stud about, we kept back 2 but they didnt really come to much to be honest always wondered if the dog was a good producer or if it was our bitch from what ive read looks like some top class dogs have his genes in there somewhere cheers any way trader

Here is the dog. My dad and a friend used it to cover a very good hare killing lurcher bitch which in turn produced some cracking puppies although the majority of the litter were ill fated. He also said to mention that Ginger did not own the dog originally or did any of the coursing with it that the previous owner John Stanley did.

This is Gary Stanley here from Lancishire area wonder if hes any relation , i have a brother called John but he aint got lurchers

saw the original tor of dartmoor and had dogs of him they were good and some of the saluks of later litts were good , the guy stayed down in kent area for a while he sold the tor of dartmoor dog ive not talked to the guy who had the dog for maybe 10years or more
