This lad was caught last summer on a river in Ireland. Pike went 22lbs on the scales.

No not red bridge, but did fish there alot, I do alot of my piking around Leagan, just outside Balinalack.

 

I was on Scur last month, plenty of Pike to be had.

That looks a lot like killinure lough and not the mouth of the inny. you can tell by harmony hall in the background and the ols rusty boat been there for years

you may well be right skolly i think we put the boat in at glasson does that make sense is killinure lough part of lough ree do you fish there some huge pike and trout in that lough

ya i wasnt being cheeky,i was just interested because i live near it you could have put the boat in at lakeside marina. good spot, caught my biggest pike there just over 22 pounds on a bulldog not even in winter but sept last year just near you in the picture.suffers alot from tourists killing a lot of pike but is getting back to good old days.
