looking for a good piking spot (merseyside)

hi all as title says im looking for a decent pike speck in or around merseyside

 

was thinking of packing in fishing but then realised ive bin fishin for years and never landed a pike!!! so im gona try an bag a couple before i een think of packin in.

Dont know what its like up your end but iv had a lot of pike out the leeds to liverpool canal last couple of years, round chorley area. Only small upto about 8lb but plenty in the somer evenings. Dont really know merseyside but i head to the lake district for the best chance of a bigger fish.

I would be eyespying thee crossens mate ...., Dont know any dayticket stretches but asking at tackle shops twould be wise worth popping a look at ....!!!!
