BLACKBOB 9
Ive had ferrets on and off for years, but only worked one at a time. Today i thought id try two. The hob is the farther of the jill but hasnt been with her since she was born. I introduced them both today before working them, and this is where i think i went wrong. Firstly he bit the jill on the muzzle but released her streight away, them he sniffed about and i thought they were fine. I wasnt expecting much of the jill as it was her first time, but the hob has worked very well for me in the past on his own. Anyway the jill did enter the warren but was very wary, But the hob entered the warren and just pissed about, sometines heading streight back to the carry box where the jill was. I did eventually get 3 bolts and the hob nailed one on the hole but this was a very poor outing. Where did i go wrong? Dose anyone use ferrets togeather which are not kept togeather? I would appreciate any advice. And advice on placing photos Cheers Quote Link to post
