nick barker 0
My old lamp has finally given up the ghost. Been dropped once too often. So I am looking for a new one, what lamp would you recommend? Quote Link to post
LDR 29
i've had a clulite and liked it, but just found the beam dont go as tight as the striker and if you have something that might run instead of going down a hole then it can run out the beam quite quick!!! But i do miss having the little side light on the clulite!!! Quote Link to post
Guest DogFaceKillah
striker all the way, buuut i had mine a week and the connection pissing me off already Quote Link to post
LDR 29
i've redone mine a couple of times, chartpolski done it the last time so the lamps permanantly plugged in and you just plug the charger on, then its strapped down really tight with electrical tape so nowt can move, never had any bother with it all this season!!! just wish the batteries would last a bit longer!!!! poacher2225 2
i use the striker two ive had mine for over 2 years now and all ive had to do is put some chopblock's on the wire connections in the handle and i run it on a moter bike batterie Quote Link to post
Guest fight the ban
i got the lance, striker and blitz. my opinion is you can not beat the lance with a 100w vertical filliment bulb in it, you get the same brightness as the stiker but a tighter more consentrated beam. i would pay the extra and get one with a brightness control on it wich is very handy when it come to anything lamp shy, climbing fences and for smaller feilds. its more compact than the striker so for me it scores a few extra points. the blitz on a windy night is like taking a umbrella with a 5 million candle power bulb attached to it ive lamped on all terrain and have not found one yet in wich i would prefer a blitz. clu light are very handy for smaller feilds but a lightforce with brigtness cotroll gives you the best of all worlds. great all round lamp. i only know this much bout them cause im a clumsy fook who goes through them like toilet paper Quote Link to post
maty j 6
just wish the batteries would last a bit longer!!!! try a 50W/75W bulb in it. you'll be suprised! Quote Link to post
