Kay 3,709
From what i have heard in the last hour on sky news , so far theres nothing to sugest that Shannon was sexually abused by this bloke, which has the ''experts '' now baffled Who really knows , time will tell in this case

Kay 3,709
that was something else bit scary thinking how many creepy b*****ds are out there Zap i live 8 doors away from a convicted pedo, it was something i heard on the news earlier that had strange simmilarities to the bloke who lives by me, so when i heard that theres no indication she has been abused by him i was supprised , very supprised
COMPO 54
What you have to remember is that the kid has been through a lot, the police will want to prosecute the bloke and wont want to lose any evidence, she will have been medically and forensically examined The girl will have been allowed to see her mum, but they wont want her going home and being infuenced until they have her full story recorded on tape, any meetings with family will have been supervised and the family meeting her will have been briefed (child witnesses are interviewed and video taped) if she went home it would be too easy for well meaning reltives to say did he do this? did he touch you there? and install ideas in teh kids head, and none of us would want the b$%^£"D to get off on a technicality cos the kid could have had her version of events "suggested" by her closer family! When they have established the childs full version of events and they have established that the mum and stepdad weren't involved, i am sure that she will be home soon enough sorry not very grammatically correct, been drinking red wine, hope you all get the gist! bill88 6
This whole story stinks of double standards. The tabloids who found the whole case unworthy of newspace while this poor girl was missing, are now doing a "character assasination" on Shannons mother. While i agree 100% she wasn't what you'd call a model parent,is she any worse than the McCanns? These were "professional" people with status and influence, who as far as im concerned displayed blatant disregard for there childrens safety and well being. They left a 3 year old and her 18 month old twin brother and sister alone in an appartment in a foreign country, while they partied FFS If the tabloids want to take the moral high ground on childcare, why don't they slaughter the McCanns instead of a nobody from a run down council estate. My main concern is that Shannon is ok,and i pray that she wasn't abused in any way,and that she can lead some sort of normal childhood.Rant over.
