Good working hob free to a good home

Recommended Posts

I've regretfully decided that I need to give up my ferreting. I've recently found out that I'm due to be a dad in October, and I'm also looking at an increase in working hours in September - so a busy time coming up for me :) Hence I just can't give the ferreting the time it deserves. I've given my jill to a friend and now just have my hob left. I haven't had him long, and he's a cracking worker. Never laid up and a quick and thorough worker through the warrens. Often he's dragged rabbits out of the warren to me - which I've never had before! I'll be really sorry to see him go, but just know I won't be able to do him justice. I'm in the Somerset area, and want him to go to a good reliable working home above all.

Sorry folks - I'm not a locator kind of chap - never used them. Well I did once - didn't get on with it so sold it straight away.

And yep, he is an albino.

I do have 30 or so nets left and a bow back double box which I'll be selling as soon as he's gone. :(

I picked up the hob today, he is an absolute credit to the man. If it was me who was having to give him away i would be totally gutted. The hob is a real character, he`s a big boy and had the run of the shed at the home of JCF1. Anyway, i have said to JCF1 that if he wants to, he has the use of the hob whenever he wants. Ferrets that are looked after like this one has been are very lucky, i only wish there were more like it. basil.
