webhunter 0
I would recommend joining a club and/or checking with your local shops to see if anyone is game for starting up such a venture. Good luck! Quote Link to post
moocher 0
How me and my brother could get into Competitve carp fishing..? and how you go about doing this cheers Hi! Anyone can enter the British Carp Angling Championships. There will undoubtedly be a venue near you where one of the qualifying rounds takes place. The last time I fished in them it cost £125.00 per team of two. You need to finish in the top 3 pairs for each qualifier to secure a place in the final. The final is well covered in the angling press and usually sky TV. The first qualifiers are usually about April time. You will find all the details you require here http www.britishcarpchamps.co.uk All the best Moocher Quote Link to post

sam-jones69 0
I do quite a bit of match fishing in the summer its great fun, but i never seem to get the big carp in the comps always the little ones and bloody roach but they soon pile up . i would just go down to your local fishing lakes or ponds and ask the guys with all the gear and poles everywhere and they should tell you.
