has anyone ever heard of a terrier called an irish bella or balla??i remember reading an old article in either an earth dog or countrymans an saw these dogs which were a red coulor and looked like small staff types with pricked ears, i googled them but nothing came up.any info????cheers.

balla is a town in mayo if that helps.Ive heard of them but never seen them,i recall seeing balla x plummers advertised somewhere a few years back(in england).Ive never seen or heard of one over here in ireland though (extinct??)
