i did a quick search and didnt see what i was looking for and i'm in a bit of a hurry anyway...

the old guy next door just gave me two boxes full of meat ... pork, beef, and fish(even have a hogs head)... its all been professionally done but as i am out of food for the dogs right now i am thinking ":icon_eek: i dont have to buy anything to feed them! :D:laugh: "

now the reason i am in a hurry is that the fish are sitting in my sink right now waiting on a decision. there is no way they will fit in my freezer with all the other meat.

there are easily two dozen small fish with spikes all up and down their backs and are frozen into two huge round buckets.. which he kept.. and why they cant go in my freezer. i know you cant feed a dog cooked bones of any sort.. but what about frozen ones?

think it would be ok to give this to them frozen or should i let it thaw out?

if this was beef i wouldnt bother asking... but since its not..... ?

I'd certainly let them thaw out. Personally i'm always a bit careful about feeding fish if there are any bones as I don't know how likely little bones like them are to cause problems.

I'm sure someone else can be of more help.

yeah i let them thaw out

the bitch rolled in her fish then ate it.... of course when i turned my back to take some to the terrier the male bulldog tried to take her share away. crippled as she is she still managed to knock him off his feet.
