Duzabit 0
Ok mate' Try a smoker and a few terriers, great sport. Also shoot them at night with an airgun, and lamp. Duz Quote Link to post
theobenmike 0
As above, a smoker and a few terriers. You can make a smoker out of an old two stroke strimmer/chainsaw/hedgecutter engine What's the tin can and tights bit all about Quote Link to post
Bosun11 537
Tin can & tights...... If I remember right I first read about this in a Plummer book in the early 's. Was ratting like mad back then and tried the method, which is to cut out both ends of the can and secure the leg of a stocking or pair of tights to it (duck tape etc). Enter ferret in to rat hole, and ram tin can into the hole, ferret does job, rat bolts and finds sanctuary in dark (if unwashed.. smelly!) nylon, you dispose of at will!! Tried it......and..... it 'sorta' works but if your armed with your trusty ratting tyke..... Quote Link to post
