Andrea 2
the division of labour in pin manufacturing(the great increase in the quanitity of work that results) i've just noticed this on a £20 note, just interested to know where this comes from and any meaning Well i don't know about what pin manufacturing is, but if you want to know more about the theory behind "The division of labour", you should read the works of Karl Marx and Frederick Engels, particularly, Marx book “The Communist Manifestoâ€. It basically means the rise of capitalism to increase productivity within industrialised societies. It's all about the bourgeoisie’s making profits, while the proletariat’s struggle to gain equality. Does that help?????
