minced rabbits or chopped rabbit

I tend to chop off legs and head at home once gutted in the field, leave the fur on, as this stops them sticking together in the freezer, they fit in the freezer a lot better this way, can get around 50 in a small square chest freezer.

take out one rabbit (each day) the night before to de-frost, then the jack russel gets the back half, legs chopped into 4 or so bits

the ferts get the rest, again chopped into large chunk size bits,

the local urban fox gets the skin
