i've just been informed today that we will be changing working hour's to 6 full day's a week, and let the company know how i feel about it.

with the usual competition, costs, in return.

i'm not fookin happy :censored: So this has led me to think what are the company's like you work for. and how long is your working week.

No staff bonus here , or discount on the items they sell nice eh........... :censored: WAN....ERS. :cry:

I am a bailiff at a fishery working a 48 hour week for £150.......Hows that for shite pay!! Sounds cheesy but I suppose you could say I am also paid in gaining knowledge and experiance in fisherys management...

 

Luckily I do enjoy it too, boss is into fieldsports so its good having something to talk about lol

The company had it wrote into myfirst contract to say they could change my hours, if needed, but this is the third time in one year, :censored:

As for the unions here in ireland most of them are pants.

the union officials in the company are for the company and there to smooth things out as best as they can for the company.

Christ what i wouldn't give to be self employed. :thumbs: cheers girls

:icon_eek::icon_eek: no way ,i,m self employed so as long as the grafts getting done i can pick my hours ,along the same lines as kay i would check out your contract of employment

that works out to be less than the national minimum wage i think its 5.52ph

mine aint bad . i get 12 pound an hour for doing feck all really. i only work 40 hrs a week . any over time i do is paid time and half and double time .

What will your total hours per week be once you work 6 dsys a week & how long between 1 shits end & 1 shits beginning ?

kay total hours 45 a week, for six day's don't get paid for break's and my weekend's fooked, greedy cu'''ts, :thumbs:

 

theres that thing you can sign cant remember what its called , summat about opting out of working more than so many hours, i think its 44 hrs a week, someone will know what its called :laugh:
