cocker 2,654
i havent been to any lurcher shows for about 10 or 12 years, i used to like going to them in the summer its a day out for our lass and the kid aswell, back then i had collie greyhounds and used to show them a bit, now i have a bull greyhound, i seem to remember years ago seeing ads for bull x classes ? (if i remember right) and bull crosses wernt quite as popular then, my question is this do you know of any shows that do bull x classes ( specificaly for this type) or if not, can you just put your dog in smooth dogs over, whatever. and if you can do they ever get picked out these days ? just my thoughts with this hunting season drawing in, and the show season just starting, cheers cocker

And I have felt like a RIGHT TOOL at a couple of them as im stood there with a bully lurcher thats well worked, and im surrounded by a load of pretty wee things, with their owners desperately trying to get their dogs into the best position!! Pathetic!! I dont show any of my workers any more as I just feel out of place
heart of wales 19
Think it depends firstly on the organisers on who they pick for a judges, we only tend to pick judges we know work dogs and do not pick someone just because their dog is scarred, they probably dont get everyone right but who is perfect. Here are some of our judges and past champions The dog that one this years bull cross championship one last years lurcher championship
