MISSING CHILD

This topic was first highlighted last year,when myself and a number of other forum members spoke of the prefferential treatment given to the McCann family,by the media and the police after the tragic consequences of there NEGLECT!!

I voiced my concerns over whether a missing child belonging to a working class family,living on a council estate would recieve the same help,support,and financial backing that the McCanns have received.I said they would not and sadly i have been proven correct.

Poor Shannon has been missing for nearly 3 weeks and she has been all but forgotten by the the media

so i would like to try and do my little bit for Shannon and her family by drawing your attention to this case.

I sincerely hope that both Maddie and Shannon are found safe and well in the very near future,and the two of them will be in my prayers.God Bless them both.

PLEASE READ THE LINKS BELOW,and if at all possible email both your local newspaper office and those of the tabloids to try and keep this case in the headlines.All children are precious,and class and status should never determine how important a missing child is.

Totally agree. I said exactly the same thing.

 

Its very sad that this little girl has been virtually forgotten after 3 weeks.

 

My thoughts to her family and I hope sincerely that she is found safe and well.

bill thats so nice iam a mother of a 9 year old girl and would die if anything happen to her. but i would be so glad to have people like you on my side .well done

Great topic mate, im totally with you on this.

The media are so shallow. Council estate kid dissapears and its not major news. Posh couple of doctors, she's very pretty.They lose a daughter and its MASSIVE. Absolutely stinks.

any child that goes missing should have the same soport reguardless of what backround they come from, a child is a child .

it never occured to me that there was some class issue going on do you really think thats the case? Hope both are found safe and sound...but have to say thought the parents of the portugal child were so negligent that they shouldbt be allowed to keep children

whilst i have sympathy for the mcganns i still find it hard to come to terms with why they chose not to have the babysitting service and that the kids were raised by the nanny??? im not sure but i think it was 2 days after her disappearance they were out walking down the beach for the cameras WITHOUT the other kids!!!! im sorry but if 1 of mine was missing my others wouldnt be parted from me for a sec!!!!

Any child, regardless of backround deserverves support from us all. If anyone is covicted, throw the b*****d to the general public, let them dish out true justice, not the crap that the courts hand out.
