Have you not heard of the saying "box clever" Giving the antis things they can use against the hunters is not boxing clever!

Personally, I think the antis have enough photos/videos from pre ban days which are maybe more (don't know how to put this) graphic/extreme,. which they could use to turn the public anti-hunting if and when they want to stir shit.I understand THL's strict photo rules are maybe protecting this forum and its members from personal lawsuits etc which i totally agree with But me being more the dog side of pest control i.e not using guns, snares, birds of prey etc. I don,t understand how threads on shooting/fox control etc can put up pictures of fox with half their heads left on.Now i'm definately not anti shooting and fully support all fieldsports but us with lurchers/terriers haven't got much to lose now...have we???It cannot get any worse than it is!! Wev'e lost the hunting with dogs side of things and personally i don't think the CA or any other organisation is going to over turn this.(I hope i'm so wrong)We all know the antis will move onto shooting fox/deer stalking or whatever next.What i'm trying to say i suppose is shouldn't we be deleting pictures on other branches of this forum which are still legal in this country to safeguard them??

Ive only just come across this thread and i never saw the original pic/post. However i dont think that anyone can put up any image that is worse than the antis already have.

 

Someone has said above about pictures of hawks on there prey, fish on lines etc. I see lots of pictures of shot rabbits, retrieved rabbits etc on here. I cant see why some images are 'allowed' and some arent.

 

The antis already have all the fuel they need where images are concerned. Now i think we need to stick together and carry on doing what we do (as long as its legal ) and if someone wants to put images up then so be it!

Where has my post gone? I live in IRELAND the pics were taken in IRELAND so whats the problem??

I can understand why your upset, but rules are rules and the Ban is the Law. Surely we can all understand why it has to be kept legal 'on-site'.

 

Now im a hunter through and through, I always will be, but I know what I should and shouldnt post. We shouldnt get all upset because we cant see pics of deer being brought down, foxes being drawn etc..... Because we should see all we want out in the field.
