goldenarms 0
Bought a new airarm S400 2 month ago not very impressed with the power so i took it to my local gunshop put it on chronograph it was only doing 10.4 pound now its up to 11.4 loads better now. So all you new owners take it back and get it knocked up Quote Link to post
timjim 43
i would take it to a gunshop to have it done mate if its way under powered, if you get caught with a gun that is over the 12 ft lb mark it will be classed as a firearm, and if you do not have an fac you will be sent to prison, not worth the risk, honestly Quote Link to post

ChrisJones 7,975
You can buy your own chronograph for as little as £35-40 new. Gun shops will usually chronograph a rifle for about a £1. Cost to put it right will vary. If you've bought an air rifle, it's the shops responsibility to make sure it's legal. If you buy one from here or from the Loot or something like that it's yours.
