Well we went to a favorite local lake today on the cotswold way.

Now we are starting to bring the ferreting to a stop,, The rods will be out through out the summer months :toast: So i hooked the first fish of the season,, That one was just a diddy 5 pound common carp and then the bigger fish started to join in the fun,, Not monster Carp just your 6 to 10 pounders. :big_boss:

Did not take many pictures as i was enjoying the lovely weather in the valley watching rabbits and pheasnts and all sorts on the hills behind me.

Sounds good llyod, how bigs the lake or lakes..

I dont know the exaxt size AG,, But it is not the biggest of lake,, Thier is some very nice fish in their tho,, and in the summer months crayfish,, As there is a number of springs and streams running into it :D Also the ownership of the lake have trout lakes near by,, Only a fiver for a Day's Fishing and extra pound for an extra rod,, When we bring the ferreting to a stop this is where you will find me lol
