Guest spud.
Maybe it was but because it only shows the dogs and not the fact it was flushed to a gun, and the date on the photograph is 01/01/2007 (which is two years after the ban) it got removed. All this can be sorted by him showing the picture of the dogs, the rifle and the fox. Easy. so evry foto iv got to stand there like prince charles smileing like f**k with me gun??????????? ChrisJones 7,975
Just for clarification this is printed at the top of every working dog forum. Please note UK Members as of February 2005 hunting with dogs within (England, Scotland & Wales) is banned with the exception of RATS & RABBITS which are still legal quarry. Flushing to gun is still legal using dogs. Any future posts/topics containing images contravening these laws will be removed by the moderators, unless shown to be dispatched using the correct means..i.e gun. The main exemptions under the Act are ratting and rabbiting, stalking and flushing out with no more than two dogs, and the use of a dog below ground to protect birds kept for shooting. Anyone adding images to the site, will carry the sole responsibility for them. Images showing quarry should only be shown if they are legal within your country of origin OR they were taken in conjunction with a legal method i.e shooting. As another note images showing quarry in the process of being killed will be moderated, this is not the done thing on a forum open to the world...At a time when government are trying to tighten the laws further on all fieldsports, its all of our duties to show respect for the quarry we hunt and the way we go about our sport.. You are responsible for your actions, try and be sensible with it. I'm sure any future posts will demonstrate that the law has been satisfied with regard to essential vermin control. ChrisJones 7,975
If you posted such a picture/post on a hunting forum you would legally waive your "unintentional catch" so yes it would be removed. EDIT: Unless the picture contained a suitable firearm. Edited March 2, 2008 by ChrisJones Quote Link to post

ChrisJones 7,975
Would you have pictures of the eagle killing the fox? Or the dogs flushing the fox to the eagle? If theres been a hare shoot the day before i can go out and kill any wounded hares with as many dogs as i like. but you cant put the pictures up here makes sense. You can put them up providing you have a suitable firearm in the picture. Your word that you didn't course them isn't enough I'm afraid. Quote Link to post
