Took the words right out my mouth, they should come with a warning on them, "not for amateur use, exept for collection purposes only" Quote Link to post
Guest Ditch_Shitter
I was trying to explain, in Chat, to our Markie; How, unless he has a grip like a vice, he'll end up catching himself. Better to use a setting tool. Leave him to mess and he'll catch himself. Then he'll know to leave the things alone Quote Link to post
markieboi 0
i found out now cheers ditch:) Quote Link to post
Matt 160
The best thing you could do is get hold of a copy of 'Body Gripper Basics' by our very own, Chalkwarren. Also guest starring none other than, 'Snareman'. Its a great video, which explains how to use the BMI magnums properly. These traps are not for novices. ianrob 2
hi guys got a few magnum body grips not a clue how to set them little lloyd sent me pics and info (cheers mate) but i really still dont get it cheers mark Well markieboy they are giving you plenty of stick. I have never used one of these traps, though I'm very tempted, as they look as if they would lend themselves to all sorts of applications. If you are strong enough to compress the spring fairly comfortably and hold it compressed with one hand, then you are in business, as it is just a matter of flipping the dog into place. If you can't and not everyone is built like Arnie, then perhaps you could modify a g clamp so that you could compress it easily. Perhaps the device Ditch mentioned would help. Watch your fingers, you've only got nine, wots that everyone else has ten, are you sure, yeouch you only have eight fingers. take care mate ian. Quote Link to post
