matulkoh 66 Posted December 3, 2005 Author Report Share Posted December 3, 2005 it quite possible for a terrier to kill a badger, it would have tobe strong with heavy jaw power and get a good grip at the throat or back of the neck. many years ago before being protected there were breeds of terrier capable of doing so. though i would think a wheaton more likely than a dachshund. also younger animals would differ greatly from mature ones also time of year size of run in which they engaged woudl play a part. i dont think iy is impossible but it woudl be impossible for me to say having not or likely to in the future see it played out. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Quote Link to post
