mart123blue 0 Posted February 26, 2008 Report Share Posted February 26, 2008 Hi there, I have just joined the forum and wanted to say hello, I grew up in Leicestershire in semi rural area, and have always been interested in field sports but not as involved as I would like. I had ferrets for a while, but the guys I knew who were experienced seemed to spend more time talking about it in the pub than actually getting out. I now live in Hampshire and have a 1 1/2 year old border from working stock which I am keen to work. I am also a keen fisherman., Look forward to taking part. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

mart123blue 0 Posted February 27, 2008 Author Report Share Posted February 27, 2008 (edited) Thanks I got her from a Gamekeeper in Shropshire, he kept one of her sisters so I am pretty sure she should be up for work. So far all she has killed is a rabbit she caught. Problem is I don't really have the contacts to get her the work. Shame you are up in Northumberland, bit of a trek Anyway thats why I joined the site so hopefully I will find someone to help us out. Look forward to seeing the pictures of your dogs.
