SportingShooter 0
certainly an odd looking coin. if i were you id look on google for coin dealers and see if you can match it. then again it may turn out to be worthless, and it dont look like a 2p or cent. always good to know. i have just tracked down a 1775 george III halfpenny, took a bit of time though. thanks ss06

whip 1
i found this old coin and havent got a clue what era it is , anyone got any idea and am i going to be a millionaire ? RIGHT THE COIN YOU HAVE IS ROMAN - THE BUST IS OF CORNELIA SUPERA, THE WIFE OF EMPEROR AEMILIAN WHO ONLY REIGNED FOR 3 MONTHS IN 253 AD, SO IT'S QUITE A RARE ISSUE. IT SHOWS VESTA ON THE REVERSE. IN VERY FINE CONDITION, THESE CAN FETCH UP TO £3,350.00 BUT YOUR COIN IT A LITTLE WORN SO MIGHT BE WORTH LESS. ALSO, MY REFERENCE BOOK DOESN'T MAKE IT CLEAR WHETHER THIS PRICE REFERS TO A BRONZE OR SILVER COIN SO YOU MIGHT WANT TO GET IT PROFESSIONALLY VALUED. WHAT EVER ITS WORTH A NICE FEW QUID are you sure thats not a minks head on the reverse side!!!!!!!!

Missie 1
A few Roman coins have been found on my dad's land. Nothing as rare as that though I don't think. A welcome find no doubt.

Tiff 36
do your homework before going into the coin dealer, don't just walk in and say "what'll you give me for this?" They'll take advantage of you in a heartbeat. Congrats!
