tonetone 0
hi Herne. i also have used www.gunspares.co.uk (T W Chambers) good easy to use web site. i replaced the spring, piston and O ring, buffer washer and piston gudgeon pin. on my BSA airsporter mk6. the whole lot cost about £32 inc postage. came in three days- great! gun sounds nice and smooth again. i went for an OX spring. quite tricky threading the cylinder back onto the trigger assembly, the new spring was tough to compress. bench vice to hold the barrel, one man pushing the trigger ass. with thick towel for hand protection and another man turning the assembly to catch the thread. give me a shout if you need any help tonetone Quote Link to post
