Well got up bright and early(6am) to be met by thick fog and a hard frost. Still not to be put off loaded up the gear and headed off. Got to some new permission to be met by clear skies and a nice forst on the ground totally different to what it was like at home  netted up the first burrow testing out my new homemade quickset long net. Works a dream.

Unfortunately no rabbits were at home despite all the signs looking good :o

Moved into a bit of woodland and found a burrow that looked ok ended up with one rabbit from there :D Got our spirits up a bit.

These rabbits were stubborn didnt want to bolt at all so the spade came out had to dig about 3-4ft right sod to dig but worth it.
