Dog seems to have a blockage in his back passage. Diet is primarily meat, I cleaned what I could but dog seems to be in pain bringing him to vet in the morning? Anybody encountered this before and if so what is the craic?

Got any Liquid Parrafin in the house, mate? Vegetable oil may do at a pinch? It goes in at the top end, ye may be glad to learn! :icon_eek:

Not saying that'll cure all. But it's a first course of action.

Can't honestly understand why it's happened in the first place, to be honest. What sort and age of Dog is he? What meat's he fed? In what condition? What does he do after a feed? When did he last have a shit and how did that look?

Again, really just asking to look for clues, and ye answers might give others something to work with too.

Good lad DITCH SHITTER. Dog has a very fluffy coat which ha a tendency to get matted at back passage, cleared that. He's fed fatty beef, with meal nuts but to be honest he concentrates on beef. Noticed him wheeled at back end yesterday, but he wasn't in pain - he was in pain tonight and unable to to have a movement. Donned the rubber gloves, inserted them  to see if there was a blockage, there was and he near ate me I think it could be slightly inflamed. See what the craic is in the morning.
