so deker you happen to know everything about me and ironically to do with the circumstances of the abh charge fkn mind reader, or are you the guy I smashed up for threatening me with a bottle, you know that night of my birthday when i GOT LOCKED UP FOR 18 HOURS WHEN YOU WERE IN HOSPITAL, SOBERING UP. All when I was just minding my own business with some friends, well after all you did have numerous previous for threatening to stab people (in front of an officer of the law) and numerous phone calls to the police about your threats to neighbours etc etc. Probably why I got just a caution.

 

IN THIS WORLD YOUR DAMNED IF YOU DO AND YOUR DAMNED IF YOU DONT If you walk away you get called a coward, if you protect yourself with "reasonable force" what as I did in my opinion, against a much larger man with a cutter, you are then classified as a thug?

With an angry general attitude like you've shown here, and your caution for ABH only 4 years ago, applicants like yourself should get rejected straight away.

 

If anyone need to be in possesion of firearms and shotguns it need to be calm relaxed people, not angry people like yourself, who are liable to boil over without a moments notice.

 

Dont bother applying, have a little drink of water, but most importantly of all JUST REMAIN CALM

Any advice greatly apreciated, I got a caution for ABH in 2005 and some minor stuff when I was younger (when I was "advised to withdraw my application" for fighting and being a normal 20 something male??

 

More I hear though the less chance you have of getting a cert!

 

if any help i just got my licence approved i was arrested for non payment of finds prior to this i had never been arrested nor indeed want to not nice being locked up for three hours not my cup of tea at 42 years of age long story but he asked me abou it and no issues hope this helps?
