Spot on give him a short squirt with frontline and get a tick picker because they get bigger pea size and turn Grey but make sure the head comes out when you remove them, mine were cover last week

Just spray on some bob martins (thick thats his name!?) or cover it in vaseline and it will go.

If its just a few tiny ones as it sounds like there not yet full off blood, i put a bit of vaserline on mine & they dropped off really quickly , a few days that was all
