Royston2 0 Posted November 18, 2005 Report Share Posted November 18, 2005 I had a good black dog killed to ground on his first ever meeting with a rabbit suffocated himself pushing on to lose such a good dog in such a way was gutting especially as he had never shown interest in rabbits before never and this was a big earth very big..Gutted for the young dog.. pockets 0 Posted November 18, 2005 Report Share Posted November 18, 2005 Interesting thread people i myself never let my black dogs get involved [bANNED TEXT] rabbits but they always are looking to nut em when were out sniffing an snarling hunting em up but ive never dug down to rabbit,dont know if it is because ive never let em at it? Royston2 0 Posted November 19, 2005 Report Share Posted November 19, 2005 I should add i would never and have never intentionally let a terrier to ground on rabbits personally you would be asking for trouble and wouldn`t benefit from doing so his intended quarry was what we was after just a shame he chose this time to make me eat my words by saying the dog isn`t interested in rabbits at all above or below Quote Link to post
