My late son was part of a shark survey team in the Red Sea;   He spent a lot of time swimming amongst them and tagging them. Cheers

He was the spit of you charts , what an experience to have had...

I saw the pics of you swimming with the goldfish.

They would just see a pure alpha in the cage and pick of weaklings like you and Francie.

no they are the same species they visit British waters in the summer to feast on jelly fish same with the leather back turtles

Even though it was over 50 years ago I remember seeing it it was just a bit smaller than the old dustbin lids. I don't know if it had been caught in the drift nets that used to be put out on the south landing them days.

I've always been fascinated by sharks, the proper ones, the ones that will eat you. Get pissed off with the people who make carefully orchestrated documentaries when they swim with Great Whites or Tiger's trying to give them good PR and portray as just misunderstood and harmless. 100% agree we should not be killing them, but they regard us as prey and eat us. Cool things.

100%

Silly c**ts do me in swimming around with deep blue and that , giving off “professional shark wrangler “ shite when in reality it’s pure luck they aren’t being mangled

Koa Tao is a nice place isn't it, very odd a place aswell tho with all those suspicious murders but guess that is another topic for another day.

I didn't even know there was sharks in Thailand tbh..

About a month ago saw black tip reef sharks at Koh Bida Nok, Thailand, wanted to see leopald sharks but was eluded.

Didnt rate Koh Tao, good prices for getting qualified, but very low visibilty.

People get taken by sharks over here quite often. Me and my mate were on the news when we were young blokes when a school of around 40 Hammerhead sharks were underneath us when we were on surfboards and didn't hear the shark alarm. We were filmed from a helicopter overhead. We were lucky they weren't Bull sharks.
