Have you never heard the interview with fashanu and vinnie talking about the tunnel before the game . ?

apparently they literally bullied McMahon and made as much carry in as they could before the game , doing karate and shouting cowboy noises as the teams formed up . Vinnie hit him with a tackle early doors and  he disappeared after that . When Aldridge stepped up , vinnie was shouting at him as well .

Not really one for sports bar boxing and the most memorable one for me was watching Barry McGuigan win the world title watching it in the local working men's club that was packed out and with other lads who at last had a few bob in their pockets after going back to work after the year long pit strike a few months before this fight the atmosphere was electric in the club everyone cheering McGuigan on.

His documentary of his is worth a watch. What his body went through and he still had all that power. Another all black Jerry Collins was a great player. He showed up and done a training session with us at u15’s. And wore the club socks whilst playing for barbarians
