Karma for what he did to Andrew Sachs and his granddaughter. No sympathy here…… Cheers.

I think every comment so far is a very fair shout, can’t argue with any of that. However, I still think to myself “At what point in the last 25 years did these women decide they had been raped ?”

I've always had him down as the Jimmy Saville type , long before anything ever came to light. He's just a wrong'un .

Because let’s be honest, if this bloke (no matter what we may think of him) is open to those kind of historic charges then I’d wager so are half of the lads in the country who were 17-23 in the late 90s /early 2000s ??

Id like to know at exactly what point these women decided it was rape/sexual assault ?……because it would seem to me you’d know that kind of thing pretty quick surely ?
It wouldn’t just dawn on you after 25 year would it ?

Being the father of 20 something year old daughters of course I absolutely believe sexual assault or harassment in all its forms should be taken seriously and treated with all the weight it fully deserves…….i just don’t think these birds coming out with this stuff a quarter of a century after the event help that cause particularly much…..if anything, it cheapens it !

Edited to add:

Maybe I’ve lived a bit of a sheltered life, but what the f**k is “oral rape” ?

I thought it was the act of forced fellatio.

I think according to the law, rape can only be done with a penis, not a tongue, hence a woman can’t be charged with rape.

Forced cunnilingus wouldn’t be rape , it would be sexual assault.

Not that I know anything about it ! LOL !

Cheers.

Thou doth protest much about not knowing much :hmm:

Awareness course was it?

So he had a lass suck him off and she didn’t consent? Obviously no real violence was in play to force her to do it or it would’ve been all over the news, so how the fuuck does that work? Why didn’t she bite it off? It’s shit like this that makes me lean a bit towards what WILF was saying. Rape is rape and should be a hanging offense but sometimes I question the bandwagon some jump on.

My Mrs worked for Dior, Elizabeth Arden etc etc in the late 90s on their concessions in places like House Of Fraser, Alders, Bluewater, Lakeside blah blah…….it was a well know fact amongst the girls in that line of work that you didn’t go to work at Harrods because the dirty Arab c**t was at it or trying to be with all the girls…..

Like, it wasn’t even a secret known to a few, everyone in the industry knew and nearly all the girls would have changed jobs if moved to Harrods because they wouldn’t have gone there….

Any bird from that time who claims that they went to work at Harrods and had no clue they were going to be sexually harassed or worse molested by that creature are either lying or thick as shit !
That is a fact !

I’ve been sceptical in the past of women coming out with allegations of historic abuse, thinking why now, and not at the time? More recently, especially with cases like Savile, Barry Bennell etc. where maybe only a handful of victims came forward at the time, but the numbers of girls and boys assaulted ran into hundreds, even thousands, I realise that I really have no clue about the impact that kind of assault must have, or what courage it must take to call it out. I only hope it’s easier now.

Regards Brand, he’s always been a dick, full of his own importance…, and never more so than with the crass phone stunt with Ross (another prick), so I have no sympathy.

I think Saville and animals like him are a case apart, they were f***ing about with kids and kids coming out years later is understandable……grown women isn’t

I love the THL lynch mob mentality. Who needs f****n evidence? Off with his head. LOL

The worrying thing is real juries act in the same way. Emotion, pre_ existing bias, stupidity and simple pigheadedness all play a part in the decision a jury come to.

If I was on a jury I would probably find somebody innocent if they were hard up and stolen something but hadn't hurt anybody. Especially if the person who had something stolen could afford to lose it.

I don't think Wilf would have a problem finding a black fella guilty without any evidence at all.lol
