Shallows are back

It's great to see them flying around in the evenings or sometimes earlier in day while they here I remember one flying through a neighbours open bathroom window it must of landed in the bathroom sink it was fine the fellow had to throw the bird up in the air to get it to fly as they have no legs really

Aye there all here the now. Every year I find it incredible that they’ll stop off here on their way to the north. Some will stay and the rest end up where they were born. Amazing animals ;)

There was two big groups this morning, 60+ birds that put on a fairly spectacular display of feeding on the wing for about an hour . 

There also seemed more birds this year and a week or two earlier . It would seem they did well down in Africa during the winter .
