I was out on some ground thats been lamped quite regular tonight and only last week we had missed a few foxes on here. So tonight they were a little jumpy

Anyhow i smoked this Vixen at 160 odd yards and a dog Fox at just over 100 yards.

Still seems to be a few about though..

Not realy foxy im not happy with the "total" barrel float and yes it can be rectified but why should i keep f**king around with a gun that should be right straight from the shop??

As for the T8 yes there effective but rust like f**k from the inside out so next time i shall have a Stainless PES model which is totaly stripable.

So a Sako of some kind could be on the cards in the near future :D

Probaly after a few more deer

As soon as you put a few shots through they will start to rust inside so to answer your question straight away

Its when you bring some thing cold into a warm room like your specs foxy they mist (fog) up. Thats why you need to spray them inside and that go`s for both ends as the the screw cut end rusts too.

This is where the problem of barrel contamination can occur from lubricants seeping into the barrel.

So often a first shot always misses the target
