What FAC Air Rifle to buy

Thinking of chopping in my .22 shotgun on my firearms ticket for an FAC air rifle, if anyone has had one or ideas about what make I would be happy to hear from you.

What....nobody can answer that, the question is FAR too open, but why not simply get a .22LR which will give you power options from around 30ft lb to 200ft lb? (and shotshells)!

Got a .22lr & .17hmr, due to the layout of some of the permission we shoot on cant risk the the rimfires so need an air rifle to be safe.

Loads of info on the airgun bbs. The standard is around 30ftlb with bisley mags. As your in the area, Ben Taylor and son at harston knows more than anyone about Rapids.

So... try some of the Flobert caps, around 30ft lb, or shorts in your .22LR, save you buying another gun! But if you are really desperate to buy an FAC air rifle there is only one to look at.

LOL Cannot agree with that no way ..Many many better people for rapids than him .Ive Pmd you two names mate who are leagues ahead of Taylor ..A rapid done properly is the way to go no doubt .100+ shots at 30FTLBS .Use air arms pellets superb ..

bsa s10 tuned by john bowkett to 30ftlb. gets my vote ive had rapids but this imo shoots better

finger nail size groups at 50 yards with it. and with one of his carbon mods on it to it sounds like

a 12ftlb air arms with mod on !

 

if you go rapid try sam at cs firearms in manchester. he no's his stuff to and a top guy
