Hate to see these that buy barges like near me and just stay in the same place collecting dust an tree sap. Me id want to be on the move up and down the country. Boats are quite an interesting reflection on people’s lives have seen some stunners fall into disrepair over people’s health etc no one likes to admit they are to old so cling on to them when they should have passed them on , to the world it’s just a boat but to the owners it’s different I still work occasionally lol have family and friends here and do the school run thrice weekly so can’t fook off all the time as much as I would like have covered more canal miles in other peoples boats while mine doesn’t often move why not knock a few doors and make some silly offers you may become a boat owner yourself Quote Link to post Share on other sites
