Been working on the Kawasaki today, 1975 American import. Thought i would order new front. back sprockets and chain. Not a chance. there unobtainable Lol. i know a place that imports hundreds of bikes from the states mainly MX bikes, i will have to see if they can obtain any for me, Might have to sell a kidney to pay for them though Lol.

You'll probably have to go down the route that Len suggested Paul, there's a fella I know thats big into his bikes local here that has his own CNC business I'll send him those photos and see what he says.

I've just looked over here for your bike, there are a lot of chain and sprocket sets for a 1976 kh100.....there isn't a listing for a 1975 kh100.....only 76 and on-.....maybe a 76 might fit?

The CD was the commuter style bike and the CB was the more sporty model.

All I know they were blue and had a wanna be copper on them, not the best vehicle for off roading but good fun for a 12 year old being chased around the trees and flower beds

Fella says it would cost a fair bit to mill the front the back not so much but the handiest way is to get the same size and tooth sprocket and use the center of the original.

Blue and red were the most common colours.
