dont you have to do that your way ?

20 miles or more away in either direction maybe but not local …. Only ever seen one other runner in 5 years . Mine couldn’t catch a hare with two legs … but no … I walk him out at 4.30 past coppers , with a lamp in hand and a game bag over shoulder … never even blink … and see a few  . You could carry a muntjac home as road kill without a question.

True story; I was home on leave and my late brother in law said “ don’t hire a car, use one of mine”.
It was a nice nearly new nondescript Vauxhall, taxed and M.O.T’d and I got insurance, so all legal.
Id had some instruction at the British Embassy in Saudi about driving; be aware, drive defensively, change routes and times, keep plenty space between vehicles, etc, but I had the uneasy feeling whilst driving this car that I could be being followed.

I found out later, after he died, that it was a pool car for the tab runs on the ferry !

I like to think he was being nice to me, but also can’t help thinking I may have been used somehow ! LOL !

Cheers.
