not really mate eat once a day walk plenty and one day you can be just like me lol

i’m getting back there now mate get everything sorted medication wise or stopped some should i say

im back doing a bit a training i feel great just keep it going over summer ill be flying next year 3 times a week 6 mile down beach and back on the softest sand all summer i’ll be ready for the slop lol 

im about to get on tomo for a few routines lol maybe i will be in his shape when i get to 60 lol

Can you at least attempt twenty pull-ups, Francie has gone AWOL after our little bet, I'm thinking of asking Tomo but since he's gone carnivore he's wasted away, don't think he could manage 3.

So that's it lads know more height,/weight talk he gone now..once moved back to South staffs,  I prob get a ex worker male lurcher just as pet for mooching, prob june/July  no rush yet. Ray
