Just scrolling youtube and this poped up...thought 1 or 2 of you might find it interesting....the comments are interesting as well...

Have you ever thought about GRINDER mate? Cuts out all that muscle flexing and butt sniffing.

I've been on it for years. I specialise in young men interested in necrophilia. I am the nearest thing.

Really interested in necrophilia just look up some psychopaths some were really into that and trophy collecting the one collected and made a belt out of ladies nipples back in the 50s not nice at all

I'm partial to a labia purse.

Cor the fella reckons then most mens physiques were pathetic, I wonder what he'd make of the physiques today

There wasn't one fat man sitting in that pub and they all looked reasonably well, having that discussion in a boozer today would look like casting for an addams movie🤣

Interesting how lots of people didn't understand or see the point of weights back then, just didn't get it, it's still like that today in a lot of ways, if you mainly lift weights people go oh but you couldlnt do this, or it won't help you do that... what if you're training for a 180kg squat, or a 160kg bench press, will entering a hyrox race help you do that?

Most able men will achieve most goals they train for if they want to, but people seem obsessed today with sh*itting on weight training and bringing something up that has nothing to do with it, madness, its Like saying an armwrestlers training won't help them in a boxing ring

Good little clip that.....its always tickled me how some people think theres something strange about wanting to test yourself and see how far you can push your mind into the pain of physical improvement.....quite a sad reflection of society really to think theres something wrong with developing your health, strength and fitness.....for years i had people ask why and id reply with the same easy answer......because i enjoy it.....it really is that simple.

True mate ,above. And none were lifting heavy weights. And as you say, blokes to day  even not in the body building scene  be bigger and stronger them  lads in that pub. To prove a point. When I started  weight training , I  stopped karate  so thought I give it a go, I always  had a lower back prob, but I went down saw the coach down  told stopped karate after   near 3 years. Well at 1st he gave me exercises  to help my lower back, and light weights done this couple months and felt OK.  Then started  to lift heavier weights , just be take  it real easy with squats. Well in 18 months  I went from 11 1/2  stone = 13st 3lb, best bench  315lb , rep 200lb x 8, curl 45dumb bell x6 , leg press 320 x 8.  So  what the coach told me was  this, he said my build 5ft 11 1/2 in  11 1/2 stone back then, said got natural slim build..but said  your strength will treble  in 14 months   and feel lot fitter. Said  and    be lot stronger most blokes my size that never lifted  weights,  and he was 100%  right prob lot stronger than most them.lads in that old vid , I still use every day light weight  dumbells every at my age 72. I say  in all honesty using mid size weights combined  with boxing training  far better than doing martial arts.
