Ive still got some old 80's clobber up in the loft just as keepsakes, we had a 80's based party about 10 years ago i got the old Fila BJ trackie top out someone offered me a bullseye for it on the spot couldnt do it though all them old garms hold special memories. tillylamp 1,846
I've never really understood why those scooters have such a big following...there pretty ugly to look at and scooters are horrible to ride....the seating position is so unnatural for a bike...I like the old British/jap bikes and also modern bikes but never a scooter.....when people do a custom job on them its like putting lip stick on a pig to me.....i mean, each to there own if that floats your boat, and all that..... The NF latched onto it that the racist element crept in and you got the bone heads with their silly jeans rolled half way up their legs and shite bands and only lasted a couple of years max.The Australian skinhead movement might have been like a scene out of Romper stomper but the British scene was miles away from that. Yeah I do understand that and the skinheads here listened to scar music as well. I was more into cars so considered a petrol head but the skinheads were pretty violent in the inner city here with immigrants at the time. I have some Jamaican slave ancestors even though I'm white myself that were sent to New Zealand back in the day. My grandparents were very happy, cool people. I never had a problem with the skinheads here.
