I don’t think anyone involved came out of that looking good. Zelenskyy could’ve embarrassed the pair of them if he’d had the guile to, and they were like children.

The war needs to be concluded and that will be a compromised outcome but Trump isn’t doing anything impressive at this stage. He’s actually got an opportunity to show he’s a better strategist than the democrats but I think this will be seen as his Afghanistan withdrawal moment and if this sets the tone it will go down in the history books as an even bigger US foreign policy shitfest.

lol hes will stop

the war like he said

Ouch. I think Peter hitchens sums up the whole thing , I'll try and find the piece , but when all is said and done war is bad . Ukraine can't defeat Russia and neither can the UK . If Ukraine comes aw

What a pile of absolute buck shee hysterical shit of the kind we have been subjected to for way too long now……who the f**k believes that claptrap anymore ?    Nobody has to like or dislike Trum

GUBU events. Ukraine has to bow to Murica and give its resources and soul to American vulture capitalism or surrender to a Russian invasion. Ukraine is f****d.

The Russian's can and have retreated before, it can be done again, no chance with white flags wavers like you in power mind. Lol

Sure but are you willing to throw your children into the grinder to protect Ukraine?  I think its fair to say that Ukraine are quickly running out of runway and no longer have the man power themselves to get the job done,  it's checkmate  in favour of Putin without world war 3 , the longer this goes on now, the worse it gets for Ukraine,  I may not like it but thats what it is..the focus should now be on a peace deal that protects Ukraine from further russian aggression,Putin will be happy for a way out also , maybe there is some method in Don's madness.

Why would I do that if the EU keep providing support and funding and the Russian economy potentially collapses before the Ukrainian army is exhausted?

Yes, the focus should be on peace, but the Ukrainian leader is not going to accept deals which hold no guarantee of protection in future, Putin is not exactly a man of his word is he?

China could step in here and secure the peace and basically Trump President Trump, great allies of Russia and they get a share of the mineral spoils which America seems keen on getting a deal, President Xi is a sneaky old dark horse and will be watching carefully.

The guarantee of protection is the globalists Zelensky is selling out to will protect their assets.

What safety guarantees has Trump made? I think Zelenskyy is wise to be skeptical of Western promises, after all, we promised Ukraine protection if they gave up their nuclear weapons.

Guarantees will be part of the peace deal,  we are at the, do you want a peace deal? stage, the details will need to be  agreed but like i said the moneymen will want their newly gained assets protecting so it will be a solid deal this time, he's very unwise to trust the west , he really is now stuck between a rock and a hard place,  like Trump said,  you don't have a very good hand, do you?

Another potential hand is getting guarantees off the EU, they are all backing him on social media, they now need to put their money where their mouth is.

The issue goes much deeper than money Ukraine has ran out of fighting age men and if the war is to continue it will mean eu boots on the ground hence the ww3 rhetoric so an immediate cease fire then bang out a deal makes more sense whichever side your on

And the Russian economy is in dire straits, it's funny how everyone is suggesting Ukraine should accept all terms, how's about we hear what demands Trump has given Putin?

The promise will be NATO never inviting Ukraine to the fold and Ukraine getting it's house in order repayment to US and Russia doing deals with the states instead of china.,.

NATO never invited Ukraine, that's just one of many Russian excuses to carry out a land grab.
