Similar pal 12/15% I can’t really comment because I’m in social housing and landed on my feet couldn’t have got a better home for me and my kids took a long time and I’ll be forever grateful for my housing officer went above and beyond for me they were offering 5% mortgages through some Scottish government scheme kids of young couples bought in this estate then they knocked down worst flats in the area and housed everyone from there in between 2 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
