Cut some wire an place it on bottom mate. Just so the bird can't get to floor eating seed mixed with the shite. The bird will go light specially sib goldfinches.

Canaries are hardier than sib goldfinches at eating. A just run some grog through them few weeks before young hatch. Cleans all birds out of any nasties great stuff. Helps with black spot in young. After a week old young will be sound. It's shite in nest what kills them

No bother mate. A will pm you once I've sorted through what's what. I've just started pairing up. All the cock birds are singing away now. Been giving them some conditioning mix few black thorn buds bit of vit k an hepicure. Contains milk thistle and dandelion.

I never had any canries only budgies when younger I know the males roll that sounds, to attract the females different breeds they tend to breed in like saucers dishes my aunt had a couple kept losing their feathers she used to plaster them in cream poor little buggers no feathers
