Have you done that before?   Are you allowed to get off the bar?  How much do you weigh, if that's not being too personal 😁

He does a lot on THL, let's see if he can in reality.

Just for clarity are we talking about chin ups here or pull ups ?

Chin ups mainly work the biceps, Pull ups mainly work the lats........the diameter of the bar you are pulling on makes a massive difference a small diameter bar grip strength doesnt come into it but try doing it from a scaffold pole and your grip will give out before your muscles do.

Likewise pull ups from gymnastic rings instead of a bar where you can turn the grip to palms in takes it from a lat exercise to a bicep exercise.....wide grip chin ups off of a scaffold pole diameter bar i agree with Golly 20 reps is good going.....whereas 20 off of a 1 inch diameter bar is difficult but do - able and 20 chin ups a piece of piss for your average strength athlete......im in decent but not great shape at the moment and would take me at least 75 - 100 chin ups to reach failure right now but the 20 wide grip pull ups on a wide diameter bar im not so sure.

If he does them in the gym mate on the widegrip bars, fully extended all the way down to the bottom and chin above bar I'll be very impressed if he can smash out twenty in a row with no rest period.

After a lot of farting about trying to get the camera and stream set up, the results are in. I take it back, Francie is the man! I walk away with an empty wallet, he walks away with a smile.
