We must just assume so because I said so on the internet, just like we must believe Francie because he said so. You can tell you are a billy liar, your logic keeps tripping you up. Lol The truth is, I think it's very unlikely he can do 20 in a row, but anyone can claim anything on here. Lads built like me you and tomo , will always struggle with numbers purely as we carry weight in the wrong places . Iegs , waist , belly , shoulders etc . if your an Mesmorphic lean build hard gainer with a few years training under tour built , 20 pull ups should be no trouble imho

Mark Wahlberg could barely manage 8, the soldier managed 23, I think it's very unlikely Francie can do 20. There's an easy way to find out, but if all we are going off his hypotheticals then sure, he could do it.

He pulls himself round the bar in a spherical motion with arms locked out . His weight is all in his arms chest amd shoulders , low bmi , twenty five years of callisthenics and mobility training . There’s a world of difference in that video you lifted up , and a guy who is basically a semi pro athlete in a vest , shorts and nano trainers

He must be elite, the top 1% on earth. Edited 3 hours ago by Goly

Goly 1,515
Truth be told, if Francie has been training regularly for a number of years he will piss all over me at pull-ups, hell he'd more than likely beat me if we both attempted them off the couch. I weigh 110kg and he says what, 70kg? But, I stand by my words, I would bet that he can't do 20 proper pull-ups in a row.

I'll take your word for it, seeing as though you can't do it now I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, but Francie can do them now, I'd like to be proven wrong. I got brought stages , I’ve had bit of a kick last 18 months that’s stopped me from training so I’ve started back quite hard since Xmas . Today was a split day and just out of interest I did 5 x 5 pull ups . Recorded 5 / 3 / 3 / 4 /6 so 21 out of 25 . not bad at all for 92kg , and I was blowing like a steam train at the end of the. The idea promulgated online that the average guy 20 - 45 should be able to do 13 pull ups straight off the bat is quite frankly utterly ludicrous
